A Whizz Tech product · Whizz Pulse

Your team took 400 calls yesterday. How many did anyone actually listen to?

Terms of Service

Effective 10 July 2026 · Version 1.0

1. The agreement

These terms govern use of Whizz Pulse, operated by Whizz Tech, Office 218, Binghatti Azure, JVC, Dubai, UAE("we", "us"). By creating an account or calling the API you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

2. The service

Whizz Pulse is a call-analysis platform for contact centers and BPOs: you upload recorded customer-service calls via the dashboard or REST API, and the service returns a diarized transcript, PII-redacted analysis (summary, sentiment, topics, risks, coaching suggestions), and an auto-QA scorecard with cited quotes. Processing is asynchronous: uploads create jobs that complete with a result or a failure, reported in the dashboard and by webhook.

The service analyzes recordings you provide. It does not make, answer, record, or intercept calls, and nothing in it contacts your customers.

3. Call recordings and consent

You upload recordings of real people. You warrant that, for every recording you upload:

  • the call was recorded lawfully in the jurisdictions of all participants, including any required recording notices or consents;
  • you have a lawful basis to process the recording and its contents for quality assurance and analysis;
  • where your agents' performance is evaluated from these calls, you comply with applicable employment and works-council requirements.

For personal data inside recordings you are the controller and we are your processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. We will assist with data-subject requests routed to us and will never sell call data or use it to train models.

4. QA outputs and your people

QA scores, predicted CSAT, and coaching suggestions are decision support for quality and training programs. Every score cites transcript evidence and carries a confidence signal, and low-confidence results are flagged for human review — use them that way. You are responsible for how analysis outputs feed into decisions about your personnel, and you agree not to take adverse employment action against an agent based solely on an automated score without human review.

5. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for activity under your organization, including all API keys issued to it. Keep keys secret; rotate any key you believe is exposed. We may suspend keys involved in abuse while we investigate.

6. Plans, usage, and billing

  • Plans include a monthly call volume; usage beyond it is billed at the plan's published per-call rate. Prices are those posted on the pricing page at the time of the request.
  • Fair use: a billed call covers up to 8 minutes of audio; longer recordings bill as multiple calls.
  • The real-time add-on is billed per minute at the published rate.
  • Jobs that fail are refunded automatically.
  • The 14-day trial includes 200 calls, is a one-time grant, carries no cash value, and may not be transferred.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or applicable law say otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • process recordings other than customer-service or business calls you lawfully hold — no covert surveillance, no recordings of private individuals obtained without a lawful basis;
  • upload audio you have no right to process;
  • attempt to identify, profile, or track individuals across calls beyond the quality-assurance purpose of the service;
  • probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls;
  • resell raw API access without our written agreement.

8. Output accuracy

The pipeline is built to be inspectable — every QA score must cite verbatim quotes from the transcript, and low-confidence scores are flagged — but speech recognition and language models can still mishear or misjudge, and a score is an assessment of a recording, not a person. Outputs are recommendations delivered for human review. We are not liable for business or personnel decisions you make from them.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scheduled maintenance and third-party model or transcription outages may affect the service.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time; your data — call records, transcripts, analyses, and QA results — is exportable before you go. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure, data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. If you require an enterprise agreement with different terms — DPAs, SCCs, data residency, custom liability caps — contact support@whizztech.ai.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to organization owners at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
